With this contemporary luxury design we aimed to integrate modern, pure, clean lines of architecture and warm sophisticated natural materials of the highest quality such as natural stone of White Siberian Greek Marble throughout the interiors and exteriors. The goal was to make this property elegant and practical, with the most innovative technology.
Villa Essence was built with three characteristics: It’s modern architecture, luxury finishes and impressive lighting design. It also enjoys a privileged location and open views of the Mediterranean Sea and nature.
The residence has been designed on 3 levels, with various terraces including a luxurious rooftop chill-out area with special led lights illumination and with breathtaking mountain and ocean views from every space in the house with large double glazed minimalistic windows which integrates you into the surrounding nature.
In the interior, the en-suite double bedrooms remind you of a luxury hotel and the spacious living areas are perfect to enjoy. This property includes all what is needed for a modern luxury lifestyle.
All details were carefully designed. The challenge of Villa Essence was the plot gradient, consolidating the land and also all the details in natural marble that were hand made specially for the house, including the washbasins that were done in one piece carved marble.
